Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

I appreciated this good basic hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was neat and cozy with all the amenities, the staff were amicable. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were an advantage.

We had a fantastic group vacation at Americas Best Value Inn Eugene! The Double Room had two comfortable beds, perfect for us to unwind after a long day of fishing and canoeing at Fern Ridge Lake. The friendly staff, and the location was ideal for catching a Ducks football game too!

Traffic noise was a bit annoying.

Had to ask for breakfast items like coffee. Appreciate breakfast but just not stocked as well as could be.

The bed offered great comfort, nice for a restful night's sleep. The room was notably clean and had a pleasant scent.

Although the amenities were present, some felt outdated especially for the price point.

Had a fantastic group vacation! We enjoyed a fun day fishing and canoeing at Fern Ridge Lake. Plus, we caught an exciting University of Oregon Ducks football game at Autzen Stadium. The location was super convenient for all we wanted to do.

Traffic noise was a bit annoying since the curtains let in light early in the morning, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive.

Eugene is a small town with not too much happening. Riverside walk to Springfield probably the highlight of the stay.

The location was great! Its close to the Lane Events Center, good restaurants and bars. Centrally located.

The staff was rather non-chalant. The rooms weren't super clean. There was hair and "stuff" on shower wall. Towels were stained with something red and black, probably paint, but should have been thrown out. The smell when you walked in was that of cheap, aromatic cleaning supplies... almost as if to cover up...

Had a nice overnight stay with the fam! RJ & his family were super nice was nice. The continental breakfast had some tasty snacks, and laundry facilities were a big plus. The room was clean and A/C worked great, but the pillows could've been better.

Continental breakfast is good, enriched by the do-it-yourself waffle. Room is clean, but a little bit smelly 'cause the old carpet. Location is easy to find. Staying for one or two nights is okay, even with kids.

The parking lot is so tiny, barely fits my van. Sink is as "decoration" in the middle of the room, weird design. Room is too small to fit two queen, you have to climb over a bed to enter the bathroom.
